The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well.

This condo boasts a terrific location with a large balcony that's accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. You'll be treated to a well-equipped kitchen, a light-filled living room, and TVs in the living room and all of the sleeping spaces.

This condo features a den/sunroom with a constructed wall and a pocket door that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area
Smoking is not permitted.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Could have been great.

Our specific condo that we stayed in was very unclean and unkempt. The couch which was listed as a sleeper sofa didn't even feel safe or clean enough to sit on. When the bed was pulled out, it was actually gross (dirty, pile of who knows what). There was a live cockroach in the kitchen. The drawers in the kitchen were broken and falling out. The Silverware drawer was filthy. We were without power in half of the condo all evening and over night and had to use flashlights to use the bathroom (even after several attempts to get assistance). The kitchen light worked half of the time. The overall amenities of the building were great and very appealing to my kids' large age range and the balcony view was beautiful. However, the listing was misleading as it claimed an additional 4th sleeping space that didn't exist. When I asked for clarification about this space, I was met with total disrespect and disregard. Customer service was overall unhelpful and somewhat condescending/manipulating. (When addressing the bug/couch issue, they offered to spray/clean, which would have displaced us or left us with questionable chemicals and no other accommodations were offered while waiting). Very disappointing!

This condominium was very family friendly, with a movie theater, arcade, playground and two pools. Direct access to the beach. This particular condo was clean. I would recommend it to others.

The listing is about 10 years outdated. Property needs renovation. Kitchen needs to be restocked with additional utensils and pots and pans. One of the twin beds was broken and someone thought they got bitten by bed bugs. Tub stopper missing. Child could not be bathed. Beautiful balcony view.

Good location, bare bones

The condo is laid out well, has a good view and good location. It was very dirty- the pull out couch was so covered in food that we couldn't use it, and it didn't seem to be vacuumed at all. It was overall a mixed review.

Overall we had a nice time

The only total bummer was an incident when the toilet would not flush. The plungers were dry rotted and useles.I reported it and asked if I was comfortable with someone coming in while we were at dinner. I said no. I told her Iwe were leaving for dinner locally and to call me. I would come back if need be. She told me someone would call to come fix it. No one did till afternoon the next day. By then we had purchased a plunger and cleared it ourselves. Also, for very little money and elbo grease, upgrades could/should be done to the bathroom vanities, plungers for sure, window shades (love the type but a little beat up) and replace the dining table. It's not the one in the pic and way too big for the area. One last thing, I'm not shure if this is in your control but, the wheel chair used from the garage to the room needs replacing. The wheel is warped and is a hazard. I know this sound like allot of complaints. I don't really mean it too. Just things to look at to make it even nicer. We did have a very nice time over all and would rent again. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early to illness but would love to have stayed longer.
