Situated on a waterfront canal, many enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking and canoeing in the summer (must bring your own equipment or rent locally). A bike rack is also available under a covered parking area, with bike rental service located just blocks away. Boat slips are owned by the Association and are for Exclusive Use by Owners only.

The master bedroom features a plush, king-sized bed, an adjoining spa-like bathroom with a deep jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a cozy, inviting queen bed with full, en-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed as well and finally, the 4th bedroom has a queen and 2 twin beds . Another large full bathroom is available directly across the hall. For entertainment, state-of-the-art streaming TVs are available in every bedroom, as well as in the living room, with fast, free WiFi throughout. This property rents any three nights.
Guests supply their own sheets and bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
