This well-appointed, six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath, home would be a great spot for large families or multi-family vacations, as the second floor features a huge living area, great for entertaining. Kick back in a comfortable living room that has tons of seating and opens up to a balcony on one side and a big full kitchen/dining room on the other. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a huge center island with bar stool seating and a view that looks up through the ceiling to the floors above. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, seven TVs, three DVD players, a full-size washer/dryer, and parking for up to four vehicles. When the day is done, head up to the fourth-floor deck on the back of the home for gorgeous views of the canal, bay, and Route 90 Bridge as the sky turns pink! You'll be close to the pools, the clubhouse just two doors down, and the canal front with partial bay views. Plus, you'll be just a short walk to the ocean, just five blocks away, and to the interactive fountains, bayfront beaches, and the fishing and crabbing pier. This is a four-story home with central AC, a gas fireplace, three front porches, and a rear deck with water views. Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location on 67th St. in Midtown Ocean City. Known for its first-class amenities and quaint tree-lined streets, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Things to Know A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200. Fall (September 13 September 30) = $150 Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
