Welcome to a unique coastal inspired vacation property. The entire unit has been renovated, making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing with modern amenities. This is a 2Bed, 1Bath, 800 sq. ft. custom beach property on 43rd St! You can unwind and love your ideal vacation with easy access to the beach that is just steps away. You don't have to drive or cross any busy streets to get to the pristine sandy shores of OC. During the busiest days/nights of OC, the best mode of transportation is to ride the public bus ($3 all day and night). The Summer Schedule is as follows:
May 27 - Oct.. 18 2019
6:00 a.m. - 3:00 a.m. / Approx. every 10 min. 3:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. / Approx. every 20 min.
There is of course UBER as another safe way to travel around town.
This is a non-smoking unit. There are 6 units for this building that accomodate 2 off street (private) parking spots per unit. There is plenty of free parking on the street as well.

The layout of the unit is very functional:
The main living area shows off a custom open Kitchen and Living Room. The Kitchen features quartz counters & stainless steel appliances. The Living room has a sofa, large 4K TV and a corner breakfast nook. The front deck has all you need to sit down and relax after a busy day on the island or perhaps a place to sip on your morning coffee before a fun day ahead.
The 1st Bedroom has a custom built queen bed with built-in storage, a floating twin sits above the queen to maximize the space styled beautifully to tie in with the living area!
The 2nd Bedroom has two queen beds (pillowtop mattresses).
The bathroom has that custom coastal look with gray driftwood-look tile and a floating wood vanity.

2. Walk/Run boardwalk or Bike it before 11 a.m (Boardwalk is between the Inlet-27th st)
3. Fishing- Recreational Bay fishing or Charter an Offshore Sport Fishing Boat
4. Putt Putt Golf (Many locations in town, nearest to property is on 57th st)
5. Have lunch/dinner at one of many great restaurants (Macky's on 54th st, Seacrets on 49th st, Fager's Island on 60th st)
6. Crabs- Right around the corner is a place called "On The Bay Seafood" They have some of the best crabs in Ocean City!
7. Breakfast Favorites- "Barn 34", "Satellite Coffee Shop"..... Nearby Starbucks is on 17th st, Dunkin Donuts on 56th st
8. Go Carts @ Jolly Rogers Amusement Park! or Water slides with the family @ Splash Mountain!
9. Water Activities: Jetskis, Parasail, Kayak, Paddleboard
10. If you want to go shopping, hop over to the West Ocean City area and spend time at the Tanger Outlets where you can find just about anything!

Cute place to stay. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. There was some trash left under the couch that unfortunately my infant found but other than that the place appeared very clean. Beds don’t come with sheets, pillow cases or comforters so be prepared to bring your own as well as your own bath towels/wash cloths. The host did communicate that with us prior to arrival but I think it would be nice to have that listed on the site prior to booking.

Perfect Beach Vacation Rental!

We have stayed at Kristy Greg for two years in a row now for a summer beach vacation and have loved it both times! It’s perfect for 2 couples. The location is phenomenal - steps away from the beach and walking distance to so many bars and waterfront restaurants! It’s also super easy to get to the boardwalk via the bus. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the host Kevin is super responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back again!!

Perfect location/cute condo

The condo was perfect distance to the beach-less than a block. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably stocked with the necessities. The owner was very responsive when contacted. Having 2 parking spots was very convenient. The only negative was the limited seating in the TV area, but since we were only there for part of the evening-wasn’t too big of a deal. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very Nice Condo

This place turned out to be very nicely renovated along with the perfect outdoor deck. Incredibly close to the beach and quite professional neighbors. Over all it was a perfect stay for two adults & 4 children.

Mostly good, but a few hiccups…

Overall, a good stay in Ocean City, other than some minor issues with the unit. There are 1-2 loose floor boards in the hallway, which was highly used. Also, the electronic front door lock did not function as described, but the owner fortunately left a key in the lock box. The bathroom shower faucet and toilet guts also need replacing or adjusting. While not the fault of the property owner, the downstairs unit right below was rented to a group of college age kids, and the music/bass was shaking our unit above the first night until about midnight-1am. We went downstairs to speak with them, but the improvement was marginal, at best. Between that and the pot smell all three days, our patience with them was tested. Now the good, the interior unit was clean, modern, and well stocked. All in all, I would probably recommend this to college students and single people in their 20s more than families.

Perfect location. The beach is a 2 min walk. Two great restaurants are around the corner. You can walk right mini golf just across the main road. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s a good spot for families.

Very nice condo!

Very nice condo in excellent location - a couple of blocks to the convention center, half a block to the beach. Decor is much better than your traditional beach condo. Highly recommended! A few notes just to help others: there isn't the traditional beach equipment you'd expect at a beach condo (we did find one boogie board). Also note that if you don't opt for the linen package, there aren't even blankets for the bed; I missed that (my fault) and wished I'd brought some. Also, check on the fridge screen that the temperature for the fridge isn't set too cold -- it was for us, and all our food froze.
