You will be close to fantastic local attractions, including Northside Park, Old Pro Golf, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Fenwick Island State Park, Embers Island Mini Golf, Ocean City Boardwalk, Freeman Arts Pavilion, Jolly Roger at the Pier, Ocean City Fishing Pier, and Ocean City Life-Saving Museum.

As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will encounter a unique layout with an open floor plan that seamlessly combines living and dining areas into one. Come back from the beach to spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained. If you are in a more competitive mood, break out any of the provided board games and get ready for an entertaining evening with your friends! The kitchen has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go. The home offers a screened porch that adds an extra living space and a deck that is perfect for family gatherings.

Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a large smart TV on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Additional perks include a laundry area on the second floor with a washer/dryer, a desk in one of the bedrooms, and free WiFi.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
