Captiva Bay 410 is a beautiful two bedroom bay front condo located in midtown Ocean City on 85th street. This is a great spot to make your 'home away from home' while you visit Ocean City - you're only a block and a half away from the beach! The tastefully furnished living room features a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace and connects to a dining area with a lovely dining room table for family meals which are easily prepped in the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space. A screened-in porch or open balcony are at your disposal and accessible from the living area - water views abound and the evenings will bring the ever-unpredictable vibrancy of the sunset. Captiva Bay features an awesome rooftop outdoor pool and deck which avails its guests of some amazing panoramic sights. Just behind the Wine Rack for any last minute needs, it is also close to notable restaurants including Ropewalk, Layton's on 92nd, Lombardi's Pizza to name a few, grocery shopping and more. Sleeping up to six guests, bedding includes a queen in the primary, a double in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday and you receive two parking spots with the rental. Guest must supply their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non Smoking Non Vaping. No pets please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25 - not available for group rentals such as high school or college graduates. Property rents Saturday-Saturday all season.
