A fully-equipped kitchen offers all you need to create your favorite meals and beach snacks. The kitchen bar and table both present room to dine together. In the open-concept living area, watch a movie on the TV. Each bedroom provides a flatscreen TV as well as an en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort.

The sparkling shoreline is a convenient stroll from home. After beach days, rinse off at the shared outdoor shower. The boardwalk is also within walking distance for easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Added perks of this family-friendly rental include central air-conditioning, board games, and reserved parking for two cars.

A noise ordinance is strictly enforced after 10 pm.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
