Our condo is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Ocean City Convention Center.

3) This is a no smoking or vaping unit
4) Per the condo rules there are no pets allowed
5) Please obey the condo rules posted on the stairs and be considerate of our neighbors
6) This is not just a rental, this is our 2nd home, please treat it with respect
