Disappointing Trip
This Stay was very disappointing. From the check-in process, where the property management company made you come in person to get a blank envelope since the door had a keycode, to the ants throughout the kitchen and bathroom there were some minor annoyances but there were also some major issues.
1) in unit B one of the bedrooms did not have heat. If it was summer this may not be an issue but when it is getting down into the 30s at night that means its not a usable room.
2) The bunk beds looked, felt, and ultimately broke, like they had been built by Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly in Step Brothers. Slats fell out of the bottom of one of them, and they had a bunch of nail pops. They also were very rickety.
3) Because the bunkbeds were such a disaster we tried to use the sofa bed. When pulling that out it had a stain pattern reminiscent of the blood spatter patterns in Dexter (to be clear it may have been mold, but either way it was disgusting).
4) The internet was essentially non-existent. None of our phones could actually load pages, so we all had to use data. The TVs also solely relied upon internet. There are ethernet cables, but none of the TVs could find a wired connection, leaving us with only the wireless connection. This led to us watching the NCAA tournament in 3-5 minute increments before the Wifi would drop and we would have to set it up again.
Overall, I would recommend spending a little more money to say somewhere nicer...I wish we had.
