'We have high standards, so here goes: Location: amazing. Staff: very friendly. Comfort: not good. Room was not cleaned by 5pm which seemed very unprofessional considering we left the room at 7am. Pillows were not pillows, they felt like ripped up pieces of cotton put in a bag. Very uncomfortable sleep. 'The parking is off site a few blocks away, but thankfully we found a spot there because it was hard to find street parking (which is only two hours). The AC didn’t cool and the tub drain was stuck halfway so didn’t stay for a bath, but didn’t drain well for the shower. The worst part is that they said someone would come by for the AC and the tub on the second day, and they never did. Also, housekeeping never came by and we were there for four nights. It was like they forgot we were there. '

'We stayed at this place during memorial day weekend for four nights, paid avg 259/night about 1200 total. First the good, the property is located at a higly walkable area with restaurants, parks, shops etc. One of the few places that had free parking and breakfast included. The bad, the rooms have eclectic decoration style, however the layout is very inconvenient for a multi night stay. 'Rooms are a little underkept but not unexpected right next to the ocean. We always stay here and its always awesome. 5/5 overall. Laundry room (coin operated) on sight ($3.50 for wash and dry). Heated pool and a few blocks from the main road with plenty of shops & restaurants. Too many liberals in the surrounding area for my liking but what can you expect for California. '

'Super cute, hip, hotel with beautiful grounds and the best view of the ocean. The kids loved the pool and all the pool amenities. Drink your beverage by the firepit for the best sunset view! The only reason why I would give it four stars, is because it could use some updating, but it appears the owners are making an effort.'
