Luxurious lake house, White Sandy Beach on Little Lake Weir Cozy and quiet

Beautiful 1.5 Acre property with luxury home on Little Lake Weir that connects to Big Lake Weir by way of a canal. New upgrades to the home in 2020: Brand new wood deck, fresh interior paint and outdoor furniture added. This quaint and homey lake house has a Kokomo style beach front and cottage house feel and includes use of 4 Kayaks. One of the larger sand beaches on Lake Weir with 167' of prime beautiful beach frontage, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Private boat launch area is on premises where you can launch your boat or jet ski. The 140 ft. dock features a large covered activity area with a sofa bed swing, pub table & chairs and a refrigerator for your drinks (The BEST seat in the house!). The Chef's Kitchen is very large and luxurious "Tuscan style", with warm smoky tones. There's plenty of space for a large family and lots of cooking. The kitchen and living room each have glass double French doors that open up to the wooden deck and flagstone patio, spanning the entire back of the house. There's a charcoal grill & a Weber gas grill on the patio. There are multiple outdoor table settings for lounging and watching the sunsets. Volleyball, bean bag toss,& ping pong are on site for your outdoor activities. The glassy lake is great for your skiing and wake-boarding enthusiasts. Check out the photo of the 8 lb. Large Mouth Bass caught from our dock! Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful vacation on Little Lake Weir and for a change of scenery; a short 1/2 mile boat ride through the canal to Big Lake Weir or 5 minutes by car to visit County parks / beaches, Gator Joe's restaurant, Eaton's Beach Sand Bar and Grill. This is also a great lake to bring your sailboat!

Such an incredible location. Every amenity was seen to. The floor plan and cosiness of this home make it have such a wonderful feeling of serenity. We loved being out on the dock porch swing with the gentle breeze. Every aspect of the home was spotless and well planned. So much accommodation for family activities, too.

This is our 2nd time visiting this lake house. We absolutely love it. The kitchen is huge and so functional for a big crowd. Everything is well stocked. No need to leave to go anywhere. So peaceful and just a nice place to get away and relax. Enjoy the beautiful lake with the beach entrance (which our dogs LOVED) , go kayaking, grill some food... Highly Recommend!

We stayed here for 4/days and 4/nights. This lake house was perfect for our family get together. The private beach was perfect for us so we were not all stuck inside. The dock with a huge swing is where most of the days were spent. We brought our own jet skis and boat so docking was perfect for us. With 3 bedroom(5 beds) and 2 couches it slept our family of 10 perfect. Kitchen is a dream kitchen that hosted all our breakfast/lunch/dinner gatherings. We will definitely be planning a trip again here next year.

The house is absolutely gorgeous- there is nothing more I could have asked for. The owners were extremely responsive when I let them know the hot tub was full of sand and leaves from prior renters. They sent someone out right away and clean and refill it. We didn’t get to use it bc it was still cold when we left, but it looks like the perfect relaxation spot. There were tons of chairs and chaises to sit on the beach, and drink coffee in the morning and wine at night. Kids and adults loved the kayaks, ping pong table and board games. Again, this house is perfect- truly luxurious! When I “grow up”, I would love a house just like this!

Gorgeous house and grounds!

Everything about this house exceeded our expectations! It was roomy enough for me and my 5 grown children. The kitchen is well stocked, house was meticulous and the views from everywhere inside were amazing. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing everyday we were there.

Comfortable lake front retreat

The home was gorgeous and offered all of the creature comforts we could have needed for our family, and the outdoor space was just perfect! Our teens especially loved the outdoor ping pong table, kayaks, spa, sandy beach (complete with hammock and lounge chairs!), and the sand volleyball court by the water! The dock adjacent to the boat house was a convenient place to tie up our ski boat when we weren’t out on the lake. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock, and the boathouse swing became my favorite place to enjoy my cup of coffee each morning while watching the sun rise and the wildlife start their day. If you have a larger boat (like our 23’ ski boat), you’ll likely have to navigate the dirt road leading to the house cautiously due to two 90 degree turns and a few areas which were washed out, and the boat ramp at the house may not accommodate heavier vessels like ours, however, Carney Island is right around the corner and was a convenient launch point and a relatively short (and beautifully scenic!) trip back to Little Lake Weir through the canal. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a lakeside getaway!

Seclusion and Relaxation

Nice property off the main roads that is quiet and well equipped for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Kitchen is well equipped and there and plenty of board games, fishing poles and kayaks available. The porch swing on the dock is great for enjoying the lake and birds. The hot tub is great for cooler nights. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for a week or weekend.

Wonderful dream lake house

We had been travelling throughout Florida staying and different properties that we had pre-booked and most were just not up to parr, we booked this last minute for the last 5 days of our stay and we just did not want leave !
