'This hotel allows pets like crazy. But they do not clean or use air fresheners after the pet owners leave. I stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms and both of them had strong pet smell. I feel nauseated and sick of the smell. One of the rooms on 1st floor had wavy floor (possibly due to some flood issue or damp ground). The floor was wet with moisture when I entered around 6pm. The front desk guy lied that the cleaning person just mopped the room (at 6pm!!).'

'It’s a okay stay for a night the hallways are a bit stinky and not the cleanest, the room overall was pretty clean and nice very basic our power had went out due to a storm so this why we stayed the ac was amazing during the heat wave we were experiencing. 'This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.'
