'Eerste kamer geweigerd vanwege vieze muffe geur. Het geboekte kamertype was niet meer beschikbaar dus we moesten een andere nemen. Het hele hotel ruikt muf, onze nieuwe kamer ook maar iets minder dan de eerste. Op de kamer een erg luide humidifier en een airco die een krassend geluid maakte. Gordijnen sloten niet goed dus de enorme schijnwerper op de parkeerplaats scheen ook naar binnen. Bijna geen oog dichtgedaan. Ik raad dit niet aan, het hotel moet echt een flinke opfrisbeurt krijgen. '

'Upon checking in, I requested a cancellation for my second night. The front desk clerk informed me that because the booking was made through Expedia, I needed to contact them directly. I contacted Expedia immediately, but despite several attempts, they were unable to obtain a cancellation waiver from the hotel. Furthermore, my stay was highly unsatisfactory. The breakfast provided was poor, and multiple individuals were smoking cigarettes and marijuana right outside my door, causing the smoke...

'Overall not bad for the price ( I used Expedia) and pretty much what I expected. The lounge chair needed a good steam cleaning and the floor better mopping but otherwise acceptable. On a down note the night desk never did pick up my call from the room phone as I had a question to ask so that was irritating. The complimentary breakfast was also as expected with the usual waffles, cereals, muffins, juices and fruits but as with so many hotel chains now the half fake powdered eggs are horrible. I...

'pictures uploaded online are completely different parking lot, pool chairs, and rooms they’re the same but they’re definitely not cleaned well or well maintained and everything could use a pressure wash the rooms are a bit dirty and have a little smell to them, tv was blue and they would t do anything to try and resolve it after we found out the microwave didn’t work either but they did fix that quickly but we were SOL on tv and a cleaner room. the only thing really new looking in the rooms is...

'Only one light in the room worked. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to find that light. The lobby was messy. The stairwell was messy. However, the room was clean . There was a strong odor of spicy food throughout. People are permanently living there. I will not return.'

'Both our bed had dirty sheets. The hotel was run down and not country inn and suites quality. My daughter doesn’t eat pork and they refused to provide chicken or Turkey meat option even though a sign was posted. Not a good stay'

'De geboekte kamer had geen recht op koelkast, hoewel hotels.com dit wel aangeeft. De receptioniste was zo vriendelijk om ons een upgrade te geven. Buurt is wat minder ivm spoorwegen vlakbij. Kamers zijn wat klein.'

'I booked a patio room. from the 3rd-10th the first night we got there, there were random candy’s and cereals just swept up on the baseboards. there was a crack in the wall in the bathroom and bugs kept crawling out of it . the tv didn’t work, and when sitting on the bed the box spring broke. the box spring itself was just very old. needed updated as well as the tv. the maintenance said it was too much of an issue to fix and moved us to another room. the new room was farther away from everything...
