'Room and layout was fantastic. Staff were nice and professional. Room dishes, countertop and island were not clean. But I always travel with my own Clorox wipes and Lysol 😊 I would definitely stay at a Hyatt House again!'

'The pancake machine was not working with no sign on it stating same. Turned it on and was waiting until a staff member reprimanded us in turning it on. How were we to know without a sign? Thus the 4 star rating.'

'Luxury at it most luxurious.'

'Our hotel room was spacious with a clean bathroom and comfortable beds. We stayed 6 nights. The noise in the hallways was noisy weekend nights but weekday nights were quiet. The service desk was pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again'

'Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind so naja Sauber. Verranzt beschreibt es da ganz gut. Aber wer Geld sparen will und nur was zum schlafen braucht Bett war ok.'

'I have Parkinson's so with reduced mobility it was hard walking all those stairs outside from the parking. Then the elevators stopped working which became a bit challenging.'

'Great help nu incheck'

'Don't expect a separate bedroom suite (isn't that the very nature of the word) at this hotel! Booked the "Suite, Multiple Beds, Accessible, Microwave (Mobility and Hearing)" which had no images. Very disappointed to find it was just a big open common room.'
