'Our room was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only suggestions I have are to switch to smart televisions, so that guests can watch their streaming services, especially for extended stays. Also, the washers were breaking/broke, so having those fixed immediately would be nice. When guests are there for extended stays, we are in need of washers and dryers quite often. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was great.'

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'The GM and all staff were friendly and inviting! The only disappointment of the stay was the free breakfast. I love waffles and for some reason the waffle maker was not working, per the tenant/worker taking care of the breakfast. Would stay again for sure. '

'Hotel biedt wat je van dit soort hotels mag verwachten. Ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf kamer 714 gehad. Kamer is niet al te groot maar voldoende. Was netjes en schoon. Er was wel redelijk wat contactgeluid in de kamer te horen. Als de buurkamer de WC doorspoelde was duidelijk het stomende water te horen. Ook het spoelwater van bovenliggende kamers hoor je enigzins door de afvoer lopen. Ook het geluid van de op en neer gaande lift drong in de kamer door evenals de dichtslaande deuren. Dit soort...
