« Great hotel, close to a wonderful downtown area. Staff was very cheerful at checkout. Food was excellent and very good array of choices. »

Pool & hot tub were on the smaller side, well maintained, and very clean. Though could use better ventilation, heavy chlorine smell. That’s often pretty standard. »

Another inconvenience was that there were no trash bags in the trash cans, which made it uncomfortable to dispose of trash directly into the bins. « Excellent stay! A major storm erupted while we were there. Knocked out the power to the hotel and town. Manager was very calm, efficient, and handled the event very efficiently. She single handedly got all hotel guests out of their room and relocated to the lobby and instructed everyone where to go and what to do if the tornado touched down. 115+mph winds and rain. Thankfully no tornado. She provided water, blankets for these that were wet from the rain and glow sticks to whoever needed them. I...

« The windowsill in my room had a lot of black dirt on it that was never removed by the housekeeping staff. The outside of the window had peeling paint and weather stripping that was glowing around in the wind. Some general maintenance is needed. »

« The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again! »
