    Cozy Cottage, in de prive-resort gemeenschap van Sand Beach, op Lake Erie. De perfecte plek voor een ontspannen familie vakanties, zomer plezier en Lake Erie visreizen. Deze cottage heeft een grote familiekamer met een queensize slaapbank, een groot tv-scherm met digitale televisie en livestreaming, een dvd, een Playstation II met games, karaoke en een stereo home theatre-systeem met IPOD-connectiviteit voor uw plezier. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken, is klaar voor huisgemaakte maaltijden. De grote 3 seizoen kamer biedt de perfecte plek om te genieten van maaltijden, spelletjes spelen, tv kijken of gewoon ontspannen, terwijl u geniet van het prachtige uitzicht en de frisse wind meer! De master slaapkamer heeft een queen size kapiteins bed en de tweede slaapkamer beschikt over een twin over de volledige stapelbed en een twee meer dan twee stapelbed en 1 bad. Een 'pack' n 'play' wieg wordt geleverd. De slaapkamers hebben een flatscreen-tv's met kabel. Alle beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig.

    Buiten, genieten van onze grote voor- en achtertuin! De perfecte plek om te ontspannen in de zon op onze ligstoelen, genieten van maaltijden aan de picknicktafel of buiten spelen games zoals ladder golf en corn hole, terwijl u geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op Lake Erie! Gemakkelijke toegang tot de stranden aangeboden in Sand Beach, met het dichtstbijzijnde strand op slechts 20 stappen verwijderd! Koken op onze BBQ grill in de privacy van uw eigen achtertuin en genieten van het buiten vuurplaats als een nachtelijke bijeenkomst plaats om te bezoeken en marshmallows roosteren. Een prive omheinde speeltuin is slechts een steenworp afstand. De kinderen zullen genieten van de schommels, glijbanen, basketbalveld, monkeybars en nog veel meer!

We loved our stay, the Cottage was very clean and right next to the lake (across the street). Plus there was a Marsh within walking that had many water birds and wildlife. The location is about 15 minutes from Port Clinton and Catawba Island. I highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet getaway close to the lake.

It was quiet, well-equipped, comfortable and just what we needed for our retreat. We especially enjoyed the large back porch and the back yard. The grill was excellent. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. We hope to stay again next year.

Cute, comfortable, well-supplied cabin. There were only 2 of us but there was plenty of space for a larger group. Perfectly located for nearby birding hot spots. Stacy was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with when we had questions.

Cozy Retreat on Lake

Angler’s Anchor offers a cozy cottage, close to major tourist activities, but also far enough to offer a relaxed stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable cottage

My family and friends have wonderful 3 days in this cottage, the rooms are very clean, the amenities are completed, there are every things you need, there are lots of toys and things to do for kids, in the future we will come back again.

Very nice

Very nice cottage everything we needed. The patio was nice it's screened in and has a pin ball machine. Bed was very comfy. Would rent again.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here while birding for a few days at Magee Marsh and Ottawa National Nature Preserve. It was a very convenient location for both of those places. The house is small, but laid out nicely and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us because of the bunk room which was great! We really liked the sunroom in the back as well!

Just Right

We always want to be close to the water where we stay and this house is perfect for that. All kinds of amenities for lake loving guests. Stayed on the back porch when I wasn’t at the lake’s edge. It was just right for the outdoors kind of person.

We enjoyed having the two houses owned by the same folks. The owner I talked with was accommodating and friendly. The house has a great back porch!

Memories for a lifetime

Really enjoyed our short stay. Neighborhood was super quiet, close enough to activities. Loved how child friendly the house was. My 5 year old found the “jackpot” of toys in the 3 seasons room! Super short walk to the beach access. We were the only ones there every time we went. Owner was super responsive! Would definitely recommend.

Lake getaway with family

We loved our time at this property. It was a nice low-key place to enjoy the lake and family time. Everything was so convenient. The small beach access was just across the street. We had it all to ourselves each time we went and it was the perfect size for the kids to play. I loved that beach toys, towels, and chairs were provided so I didn't have to pack all those extras. The house was clean. The kids loved the arcade games and playstation for the times we were at the house. We would definitely come again!

Vacation and fishing get-away

Loved most everything about it EXCEPT that the nuclear power plant is so close. so disappointed about that. but loved being able to walk across the street to a small beach area and see the waves on Lake Erie from the cottage windows.

Great screened in porch for woodsy hangout

Lovely little house that held our family of tweens, kids, and adults. Clean little kitchen, nice bathroom, exceptional lanai/screened porch for bug free breeze! House is part of a series of hones owned by a single owner who is very responsive. Private street is quiet and safe for kids. Coffeeshops, restaurants, and tourist entertainment was farther than expected (20+ minutes) but Magee Marsh park had excellent beaches (5 min drive). We enjoyed our time, and laughed about the cooling tower in the background of our photos! (For those unaware, Davis-Besse nuclear power station is 5 min away)

The cottage is located in a very nice private neighborhood. Pictures from the listing are spot on. CLEAN and well appointed!!! Access was easy with a coded entry. There were simple instructions for Wi-Fi & TVs. We enjoyed the enclosed porch which had ample glider seating, TV, pinball and arcade machines. There was also a small refrig w/freezer, games, toy chest. The porch leads to a back yard with a large shade tree and plenty of seating. Shower pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. Bottom of one bunk was double bed size. Host was very responsive. We highly recommend this cottage and would stay again.

Wonderful Lake/Beach House!

My husband and I along with our two boys ages 7 & 4, absolutely LOVED this place! Boys are already asking to go back! We were just close enough to all the activities we wanted to do. Also right across from us is a nice view of the lake. The house is well kept and very clean. The sunroom was our favorite room in the house it has a pinball machine radio mini fridge games and lots of toys for the kids. Great communication with the host as well and we loved Bootsy the neighbors cat! Great quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable the shower I had great hot water and wonderful pressure. The boys really enjoyed playing the Pac-Man machine and their bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our Family

The property is accurately represented on VRBO and the Property Manager was very friendly and helpful even when we contacted her upon our arrival at midnight. (so sorry) We needed her help to find the additional parking across the street because it was dark out. She was very accommodating. The house was spotless and felt like you were walking into her home. Supplies were plentiful with multiple rolls of paper towel & toilet paper. The furniture was very comfortable and there are lots of DVDs and games for the family. The family recreation room in the back of the house is perfect for adults & kids to play. What we considered the highlight of our stay was the Vintage PinBall Machine! Yes!!! All of us from 7 years old to 62 years old were playing on the machine every opportunity we could. My husband & son-in-law went fishing in the mornings and we all visited the sights in the afternoon/evenings. We went to Marble head Lighthouse and Put In Bay. The back yard has a shed that has bikes for kids & adults along with beach chairs & toys. We never got board. Oh, I almost forgot, the beach access is just steps away from the front door. Also my grand-kids & I biked all over the neighborhood. So much fun watching turtles & birds. I highly recommend this property.

Good Location for Lake Erie experience

We enjoyed the property as a base to explore from Toledo to Port Clinton. We fished two days with local captains and had a great time. There were 4 of us and the house was more than sufficient. If you were bringing a big group it might feel small. The second bedroom holds several but everyone shares a single bathroom. Also be aware there is no washer or dryer for use in the home. The inside and out are well maintained and the hosts were very helpful and easy to deal with. The weather was great while we were there and we enjoyed ourselves. The access to the lake is okay but not much beach area. If you want to enjoy that you need to go to a public beach area like in Pirt Clinton.

Perfect location

I was impressed with the location of the property near the lake and the amenities and it was very comfortable. My husband and I slept well. It was clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was nice to have the TVs in all 3 rooms although we just used one. The bathroom was clean and the showerhead had the perfect water pressure. The 3 season room was very nice to sit and hang out and very fun. It was the perfect place to have our 1 year old stay with us comfortably. The owners are very communicative and information was readily available and easy to access. The surrounding area was very quiet and a nice location for us to get away from Southern Ohio. Thank you for making our first trip away as a family unforgettable.

We were sad this house wasn't right beside the others, it made some things more difficult. However, the house was really clean, and we loved all the fun games and the great patio!
