'My room backed the elevators and it was awful trying to sleep at night. I’ve never been in a hotel where the room backed the elevator and I had to listen to it, thump up and down the walls all night long. Like a car dragging tin cans up & down the street. Why would you put a guest in a room like that? Came home exhausted. I asked for a microwave and a robe and never heard a peep as to their arrival.'
