Heel fijn hotel
Dit hotel is werkelijk super mooi, schoon en erg fijn gelegen aan de zee. De bediening aan het zwembad is wat traag, maar verder is er weinig op te merken aan dit hotel. De kamers zijn niet duur. Daarentegen zijn dep rijzen voor het eten en drinken wel aan de hoge kant.

Zeer goed hotel met hoge prijzen voor consumpties.
Mooi hotel en voorzien van alle benodigde faciliteiten voor een prettig verblijf. De service in het hotel is prima, echter aan het strand en zwembad valt er nog wat te verbeteren indien het een bediening op niveau en snelheid betreft. In algemeenheid is dit een prachtig hotel, mooi gelegen aan de zee en fijne zwembaden,.. Het eten en drinken in het hotel is zeer prijzig,.. Dat betreft feitelijk het enige minpuntje.

Mooi en ruim resort
Het resort is mooi en ruim opgezet aan het privé strand. We verbleven daar 2 weken in een poolvilla en hebben ons geen enkel moment verveeld. Bij Nikko-en/of Villa lounge konden wij ons ontbijt, middag hightea en de drankjes/sapjes (gehele dag) benuttigen. Alle personeelsleden doen hun uiterste best om je een plezierig verblijf te bieden, echt top geregeld!

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection mall and the Nusa dua beach where there are restaurants if you want to eat outside the hotel for a change and less pricey options which is only 5 km away . Or a cab is only £4 and easy to access . Only 30 mins from the airport .

We stayed in one of the private villas and it was the best spot for our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond for everything. We had mentioned it was my husbands birthday and came back to the room and found a cake inside the room for us. Breakfast was awesome and they had good dinners with shows. 10/10

The hotel was beautiful and there were many activities to do. I have a few complaints however and those are being that the bus schedule they gave us was wrong and so we had to order a taxi which cost us extra. Also the food there is 3 times what you would pay if you eat in town. I ordered food from grab and the only way to get it was to have someone take you on the golf cart to the front to pickup the food from security. For the price I paid for this place I wish they would have been able to bring my food to the door.

We stayed at two different resorts in Nusa Dua and it was night and day. Hilton was surprisingly not that clean. Our bathroom had some mold. The pool didn’t feel super clean. Good vibes. Okay food. Staff sort of slow. I would skip this resort.

Super large property! The most stunning views. Rooms were large and clean. Multiple pools so it never felt over crowded. Variety of dining options which was great. Shuttle to and from Bali Collection which was great though Grab or Gojek was super cheap if times were inconvenient. Only thing I didn’t like was that we booked a family room but were situated in the furtherest wing from the pool area and kids club. I found that odd as you aren’t allowed to take the pool towels back to your room so we had to walk 5 mins soaking wet through the resort, main entrance etc with our kids and pool toys etc.

The view from our room was amazing. For the cost per night the room size was not worth it. As this resort had a low occupancy rate at this time they could have upgraded us to a bigger and better room which would have incentived us to cone back to stay.

I absolutely loved the sightings of monkeys! They never bothered us just hung out on some of the roofs or balconies. However, I did not like that security from Hilton Hotel would use slingshot to scare them away. We loved the breakfast buffet we had included, the spectacular views, the different pool options and the restaurants.
