'Stayed at this property for 10 days with my wife and six-year old son and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, very modern and well-decorated, the kitchen had all the appliances we needed and everything looked brand new, it is within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants, the pool was very nice and was cleaned regularly. Could not really find fault with anything, perhaps we would have preferred a slightly larger terrace/balcony, but that's just a...

'Wir waren 4 Wochen in dem Apargement und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist sehr rubig und man hat Aussicht bis zum Meer. Für Ausflüge oder zum Einkaufen benötigt man allerdings ein Mietwagen.Die Terasse ist mega.'

'We have been to caleta many times so yes we enjoyed ourselves the problem we had was the total lack of communication with the property manager, she was supposed to meet and greet but we didnt see her for the whole week we were there,when asked a question on whats app we had to wait days before we got a reply, which was to late,we had to ask residents on the complex for help with our problems,the apartment was adequate'

'Fantastic Property in the best location just 3 minutes walk to Atlantico and our favourite coffee and Breakfast Resurant. The owners had left us a lovely welcome packand the whole check in and check out was very simple. Totally recommend this property.'

'Pros: Hemos llegado un poco tarde y , al avisar al anfitrión ( Víctor ) , se ofreció a recogernos en el aeropuerto , porque estaba cerca; Aunque no fue necesario, al llegar al apartamento nos sorprendimos por encontrar el aparcamiento privado súper cerca , la tranquilidad y lo bonito y cómodo que era el apartamento....aunque solo fuimos una noche , nos había dejado vino y chocolate sobre la mesa... muy buena combinación. Estaba todo correcto y tranquilo como se describe.... Víctor se ofreció...

'Pros: Man ist rasch am Hafen und Strand , die Nähe zum Hospital war fur mich wichtig.. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Liebe. Cons: Kein WLAN, das ist sehr schade somit auch keine Möglichkeit über weitere Programme im Fernsehen. Ist nichts für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen, da kein Fahrstuhl nur Treppe in den 1. Stock.'

'The property is in a great central location. Spotlessly clean with everything in the apartment we needed. (I don't cook on holiday) . The bedroom was very big, unfortunately the bedside lamps didn't work (nowhere to plug in). The sofa had no stuffing in one of the arms but we spent most of our time out and about so it didn't affect our holiday. The pool area was very quietgood very few people using the area. '
