Host was welcoming. Provided us with a few amenities that were missing and arranged for plugged sink to be prepared.However this property is not suited for multi week stays. The reviews that we saw prior to booking were excellent however they were all for 1 or 2 night stays. The accommodation is basically a 1 room hotel room, with an extremely small kitchen, making it very difficult for meal preparation and clean up.Getting hot water was hit and miss and there was very little hot water pressure in the bathroom sink.The pool and restaurant were closed for the better part of 2 weeks of our 5 week stay to replace the pool decking. We were not aware that this would be happening when we booked. The host refused to compensate us for this shortfall. The pool complex when finished however was beautiful. Also the tennis and pickleball courts were great.The golf course was a nice layout but the leaves, especially off the fairway and also on the fairways on windy days, made it difficult to locate balls. Apparently this is the case for January to March for Panama trees and Guayacan trees. The golf carts though are in terrible shape. Four times in 15 rounds our cart quit on the course. At the best of times they were difficult to engage the motor.Being on site for the golf, tennis and pickle ball was very convenient but the suites were definitely not luxurious.
