Adjacent to the living area, 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower and WC en suite, a flat-screen satellite TV, and air conditioning. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
