Apartment 1 is located on the second floor, at the top of the family house (Apartments Katarina), just, 7 minutes walk to the beach, in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but close to the center.
The balcony offers a stunning view of the old town, the surrounding mountains, the sea, and the island of Krk.

In Apartment 1, on 70 m2, at your disposal, you have a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and dishes.
The air-conditioned living room has a corner sofa that extends into a double bed.
A flat-screen TV with home and satellite channels, and WiFi.
Bathroom with bathtub, and washing machine.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 mattresses) and an extra bed for one person. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal.

All guests have access to an outdoor dining area and barbecue.

A parking place is provided behind the house.
