Welcome to our charming apartment in Novi Vinodolski! Our house offers a welcoming atmosphere, where the owners live in the same building but are rarely present, allowing you to enjoy your privacy. We also have an outdoor barbecue, which you are welcome to use to prepare delicious meals and experience the Mediterranean ambiance.
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. There is also an additional toilet for your convenience. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area offers a generous space for relaxing and enjoying moments together. From here, you have a breathtaking view of the sea that invites you to dream.
Parking is available for your vehicle, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. You can also refresh yourself in our 25 m² pool and enjoy the Croatian sunshine to the fullest. We cordially invite you to make your stay in our apartment an unforgettable experience.

The pool is heated in April, May, and from September 15th, October, and November. The default setting is 28°C. However, the temperature is weather dependent.
