« 5-Star Hotel Quality Condo! This place has it all. Clean, fresh, smells great! Most comfortable beds ever! Dan had EVERYTHING we needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soft fluffy towels, toilet paper, paper towels, k- cups, coffee fixing, dishwasher pods, handsoap, you name it, he had it. We will definitely be back! »

« We’ve been on the road across the U.S. for the past 14 days, staying in all kinds of motels and inns, and unfortunately, the Crestview Inn in Branson may be the most disappointing place we stayed at. To start, the employee at check-in was cold and unwelcoming - no smile, no warmth. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, assuming maybe we caught him at a bad time. « Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming at check in. We appreciate the check in text mid-stay, and check out was even easier. The rooms were very clean and AC/heat units worked really well. Overall, very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely return and recommend to family in the future. »

« great experience overall. Food was good from the morning cafe. The pool and hot tub were good, but pool seems a little shallow and hot tub seems small but still enjoyed. Staff was friendly and cleaning service did a great job overall keeping up with the cleanliness or the rooms and the common area. Would recommend to a friend. »

« Super clean. AC took awhile to cool the little place. I notified the travel@evolve.com person that said to use that email to communicate. We left at 12:15 pm Thursday. A severe storm was coming from OK with baseball size hail & tornado warnings. Having a brand new boat & new truck, we opted to leave before the storm hit. I left door unlocked, as instructed. I told that person we were leaving, in case the property manager needed to lock up. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Good location. Unpretentious room. What shines most brightly at the Ozarker is the staff. Each person I engaged with — from the manager to barista/bartender to housekeeping — was warm, helpful, and clearly wanted me to have an enjoyable time in their community. People actually use the lobby area for games and conversation. Hospitality and community ties are clearly important to this locally-owned establishment. »

« The overall stay was amazing. The kids loved playing in the pool and they also provided some swimming toys which was really helpful. The rooms are big enough for two adults and three kids without feeling on top of one another. They provide a range of pots and pans to cook with, microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge with a freezer which is big enough for a few things. The beds were comfortable for the most part I just like softer beds, to me personally they were a little too firm. »
