Dear Mrs. Lynne,Our team were there with you and your friend when she broke her ankle on the beach.Maybe you did not noticed but our team assisted with first aid and we coordinated the emergency services. We have always been willing to work this cases in the best interest of our clients. As you were told by our staff your reservations was made through a 3rd party and you should have contacted them in order to cancel.We have not received any request for refund from your agency. We have already started a communication with the platform, so we can figure out a solution to your satisfaction.
