The two bedrooms provide a peaceful space to relax after a day exploring, while the comfortable living area is perfect for unwinding together. The well-equipped kitchen gives you the flexibility to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or prepare dinner after a busy day out.

The flat offers a great combination of modern comfort and a convenient location, making it an ideal base whether you`re visiting for a short break or a longer stay.

Pets
We’re happy for your four-legged friends to stay, with one large dog or up to two small dogs welcome.

Step outside and you`re close to the centre of Aylsham, where you`ll find independent shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and everyday amenities. Aylsham`s historic market town atmosphere makes it a lovely place to wander, enjoy a coffee or pick up local produce.

For those who enjoy walking and cycling, the surrounding countryside provides plenty of opportunities to get outdoors, while the popular Bure Valley Railway and its scenic route are nearby.

Aylsham is ideally positioned for exploring the wider region. Within easy reach you`ll find the beautiful North Norfolk coast, including Cromer and Sheringham, as well as picturesque Holt, the Norfolk Broads and the stunning beaches around Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea.

Spend the day walking along the coast, enjoying fish and chips in Cromer, exploring Norfolk`s pretty villages, discovering the Broads or simply relaxing on one of the area`s beautiful sandy beaches.

Norwich is also within easy reach for shopping, culture, restaurants and entertainment.

Getting Around

A car is recommended for exploring the wider North Norfolk area, although it isn`t essential for enjoying Aylsham itself. Local shops, cafés and pubs are within easy reach, and bus services connect Aylsham with surrounding towns and Norwich.

There is no private parking directly at the property. Roadside parking is available approximately 75 metres away, with a free car park around 500 metres away, and other longer-term parking options are available locally.

Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Only guests included on the booking may stay at the property.
Please do not invite additional guests to stay overnight without prior agreement.

Noise and Consideration:
Please be considerate of our neighbours.
Keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and overnight.
No parties, events or large gatherings are permitted.
Please do not play loud music or create excessive noise.

Smoking & Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.
Please do not smoke from windows or in the entrance area.

Pets:
We ask that for the comfort of other guests please:
Keep dogs off beds, sofas and other furniture.
Do not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Please clean up after your dog, both inside and outside the property.
Please do not allow dogs to use the courtyard as a toilet area.
Dogs should be supervised at all times and kept under control when outside.
Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls and towels.
If your dog has been muddy or wet after exploring Norfolk, please use a suitable towel before entering the property.

Children and Stairs:
The apartment is accessed via stairs from the private entrance.
There is no door or stairgate at the top of the stairs.
Parents and carers are responsible for supervising children around the stairs at all times.
Families travelling with younger children may wish to bring their own suitable, correctly fitted stairgate if required.

Care of the Apartment:
Please treat the apartment, furniture, fixtures and equipment with care.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
Please use the kitchen equipment responsibly and leave the kitchen clean after use.
Please report any accidental damage, breakages or maintenance issues as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen and would much rather know so that we can help.

Fire Safety:
Please note that there is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen.
Keep the entrance, stairs and escape route clear at all times.
Never leave cooking unattended.
Candles, incense and other naked flames are not permitted.

Parking:
There is no private parking at the property.
If using roadside parking, please park considerately and observe all local parking restrictions and signage.
Please do not obstruct entrances, driveways or access for local residents and businesses.

On Departure:
Before leaving, please:
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Turn off lights and electrical appliances where appropriate.
Ensure taps are turned off.
Leave the apartment tidy.
Place rubbish in the designated bins.
Return any keys as instructed.
Check that you have taken all personal belongings with you.

Security:
Please ensure the apartment`s private entrance is securely closed and locked whenever you leave the property.
Do not give keys or access codes to anyone who is not part of your booking.

Local Community:
The apartment is in a central town location and is situated above a local clothing shop. We ask all guests to respect the local community and surrounding businesses during their stay.
