Closer to the apartment, gentle footpaths along the River Yare and River Wensum wind through open countryside, providing straightforward routes for a morning or afternoon walk.

The living area has two sofas and leads through to a generous dining area with ample room for meals. The kitchen sits alongside, fully equipped for self-catering, and the three spaces flow together naturally. From here, the layout continues to the two bedrooms. The twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and a chest of drawers, and is positioned near the main bathroom, which features a shower over the bath and WC. The double bedroom has its own wardrobe, dressing table, and chest of drawers, a double bed, and a private en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. Both bedrooms are a good size, with enough storage to unpack properly and settle in for the week.
