'Voor de 3e keer met plezier gelogeerd. Prettig hotel met prima bediening. Voelden ons, vooral door de prima bediening door Lola, snel weer thuis. Voor herhaling vatbaar!! '

'Parfait pour la chambre Petit déjeuner à revoir sur la qualité '

'This is a great friendly hotel that majors in service and friendliest approach. Nothing is to much trouble always with a smile'

'perfecte locatie en goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding maar verwacht geen luxe.'

'Typical pub, have larger number of rooms (think 25), parking in parking garage it is very tight to get in (I drive Tesla X), managed to get in and out without damage, but getting in took me 5-10 minutes of steering Breakfast is typical full english made to order and a piece of fruit. A healthy option would have been nice'

'We were not told there would be a wedding in progress so the music was quite loud until 11pm. There was no option for early takeaway breakfast at 8am, and no option for room only. The restaurant still set up for wedding, with chairs stacked up.The female staff in the restaurant were very nice and the food excellent, something a bit different. Our shower head kept falling down & the toilet flush handle broken. The room was spotlessly clean.'

'Helpful staff dirty hotel and the location is great'

'Its a nice hotel for a few days. No change of bathroom towels or room cleaning. You hv to ask for it at the reception desk... we stayed three nights. How can you expect guests to use the towels for three days? I dont might the cleaning (can keep it tidy myself) or that yr bed is not made. Can do that to. But new towels us a must. '

'A nice stay. A lovely pub right in the middle of Frome. We stayed here to go to an event at the Cheese and Grain which was perfect. Just be aware that as the rooms are part of an active pub you may get some noise on busier nights'

'Had a great stay, room 1 was fantastic. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and a sofa was a bonus. Great bath, one thing to note may be the addition of a shower curtain, we managed to soak the floor every time we used it. Water and orange juice was a nice touch and filtered coffee was tasty. We did feel the stairs were very deep and the additional of another hand rail may be something to consider. Lovely dark room and we slept so well. Breakfast was great, nice to see all local and home grown...

'heerlijk ontbijt, heerlijke locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel, heel net, ruime kamers, lekker eten, goede spa en prachtige tuin. We hadden een geweldig verblijf !'

'Er was weinig ruimte over op de kamer als je er met zijn 3-en doorbracht'

'Heel mooi hotel, grote verzorgde kamers, het ontbijt is een aanrader.'

'Perfect place to stay. '

'Really nice staff, great location, nice rooms. Breakfast was complementary, which is always nice, and it was a decent selection.'

'A beautifull accommodation. But a pitty that the elevator was not working. ( already a long time?) We got some compensation. People were very kindly'

'Everything about the Hotel was excellent. Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff, compty bed and room, clean and with coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Breakfast was first class, trout with poached eggs were perfect, Trish went above and beyond to help us with my disabled husband, she even collected our cases from our room and a staff member took and loaded them into our car. Would certainly stay here again.'
