'This place got screwed by a few prior reviews. It is not a 4-star hotel and does it pretend to be but the room and bathroom were clean, it was quiet, guy at desk very nice and helpful. Good quiet heat/air conditioning, ample parking. Tv worked fine. Only 2 negatives: free breakfast was very basic - coffee, cereal, yogurt. 'The recent positive reviews are extremely perplexing! Room was not clean (big cobwebs hanging from ceiling), room smelled, wallpaper peeling off walls throughout, there was a hole in the wall, stains on the walls, air/ heating unit was loud and rattled throughout the night and finally NO hot water. Do not be fooled - this is not an “Inn”. It is a motel and not a very nice one at that!'
