we booked the room because the site said the hotel was pet friendly. when we got there, they told us only certain rooms were pet friendly. When we booked it through Expedia, Expedia did not give us a choice to select pet friendly, so we assumed the hotel was pet friendly for the whole hotel, not just specific rooms. They would not refund us and would not let us stay there. We booked a different hotel in the area that said pet friendly, and we confirmed the whole hotel is pet friendly, not just specific rooms. They said if a hotel says pet friendly, the whole hotel is pet friendly. Apparently not AmericInn by Wyndham Northfield. Expedia is at fault too for not including an option for pet friendly room at this hotel. Expedia tried to get me a refund, but the clerk would not hear of it.
