'Hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk person was friendly and informative. Room was spacious and clean, including a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. Would definitely drive by all the other comparable rated hotel chains to stay at Shutters again.'

' As someone who travels a lot and stay in different hotel this one is up there in places I would stay in again. The rooms where clean hall ways smelled nice great service at the front desk and every where else in the hotel/casino.they do start to clean at 8 but you can put the DND sign n they will not bother you. Breakfast was great you can take it up to your room or eat at one of the many tables they have. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone reading this '

'Check in easy peasy - but we have yet to go to sleep for the real test. The night was super quiet, the room the perfect temperature, the bed was nice and firm as were the pillows. Breakfast was solid/ I just had coffee but hot and cold options were available- if I’m ever back in Elko/ this is where I will be staying!'
