'The property itself is beautiful and in a great setting. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance. The jacuzzi tub was dirty upon arrival and did not work properly (jacuzzi would not turn on and water kept draining), which was especially frustrating since it was the main reason we booked. The bathroom sink was also clogged and sprayed water on you when turned on. The floor had a sticky substance with black hair all in it & rug was dirty, the coffee pot and even ceiling...

'It was clean, very quiet and cozy the kitchen had everything needed to cook, the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was clean and spacious the hot water was perfect, the beds were extremely extremely comfortable and it was very spacious inside the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here again if I need to go back to Batesville I absolutely loved the place!!!'

'This loft was so nice! As hot as it was outside, the a/c was divine. Access was easy, and the loft was easy to find. The bed was comfortable, the couches were soft enough to melt into, the shower was hot and had great water pressure. This owner has two lofts available for rent…now I want to stay in the other one, the Hideaway Loft. The location is also great for walking the downtown Main St. We will definitely consider staying again.'

'This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...

'Very well appointed home with many extras. The house is in close proximity to many restaurants and the lake. Very relaxing and my Dad caught 12 trout in the River. Place was very clean and for two people mid seventies it was nice having easy access. '
