'The place was cozy and comfortable.i went to visit my daughter at UNF and we stayed there and it was perfect. The host was so sweet and never got mad no matter how many times I called her about the lock I was not smart enough to work..lol. Great stay.'

'Location was top notch - one block from the beach. The place was totally updated, nice and clean. The bedrooms were a great size, beds comfortable and the bathroom shower was FAB! 'Great little place in a perfect location\! Jax Beach is just an easy one-block walk, making it convenient to enjoy the beach without having to drive. The accommodations were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.'

'The house is in a great location walking distance to beach, pier, & restaurants. Very clean and well appointed!'

'They literally thought of everything.'

'This property is absolutely beautiful with the huge trees. It was perfect for the large group of family traveling together. We had a great time in the pool and spending time outside on the patio. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the house. I have reached out to the homeowner and expressed specific concerns so hopefully this gets taken care of. We would consider this property in the future.'
