This is an immaculate three-bedroom, two-bath condo in the White Mountains. The view from the front of this home looks out over the Mountains and tennis courts. The back bedrooms and deck off the fireplace/living room area, overlook the crystal-clear gurgling river, which runs along the edge of the large backyard. The unit has everything to make your vacation easy and relaxing, including a fireplace with an unlimited wood supply just outside your door. In winter there is an on-site free outdoor skating rink and a shuttle bus on weekends and holiday weeks to Loon and back avoiding the parking hassle. The kitchen contains all your cooking needs. There is a 40 High Def Samsung TV. Three queen size beds. On demand hot water. A beautiful recreation center/clubhouse that overlooks a private lake with lounge chairs provided and a sandy beach, an indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball, volleyball, sauna, pool table, ping-pong, and equipped exercise room. Deer Park is truly a 4 season resort.

Loon Mountain: Loon Mountain offers a rare combination of convenience, spectacular beauty, and adventure. Loon Mountain is big - 55 trails wind down 2,100 vertical feet, all spread over 336 exhilarating acres. Twelve lifts serve 55 trails. One of them, Bear Claw, is 2.5 miles long.

Cozy and comfortable

We had 6 adults in our group for a winter weekend getaway. The property has plenty of comfortable and clean beds to sleep in. It was quiet and the woodburning fireplace added so much coziness. We were able to prepare our meals in the spacious kitchen and ate at the dining table. We came during a substantial snow storm and the snow clean up was efficient and effective. We ended up using the heated indoor pool, the hot tub and the sauna in the clubhouse and watched the snowfall while wearing bathing suits. Restaurants in town were a convenient 5 minute drive. I highly recommend this place as it was so clean and had all the things we required for fun winter weekend.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at John's condo for a long weekend of skiing at Loon. John's very thorough welcome guide made our experience so easy from check-in throughout our stay and to check-out. The condo was spacious and so convenient to the mountain and to many restaurants and activities. The kids loved the recreation center with the pool and hot tub. We'd love to return.

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and three small children had a great time staying at this condo in Deer Park! It was clean, comfortable, well organized, and stocked with all the essentials. The view of the river on the back balcony was stunning, and my kids loved hopping on the rocks by that river. The pool and all the amenities was just what we needed. Great central spot to so many attractions! We’ll be back!

Exactly What We Needed, and More

This place was great - the condo itself, the amenities, the location (we were skiing at Loon), and especially the thoughtfulness of the owner. Not only are there instructions everywhere in the condo, but many have QR codes that lead to videos, which can be quite helpful to the technology impaired. ;) This is definitely a spot we would like to stay at again.

This condo has a perfect view of the river and is a short walk to the main building, lake, and tennis courts. The condo is well-maintained and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Close to Loon in a retreat setting!

WOW! What an amazing property for my husband, two adult kids, and me. I only wish we had more time to take full advantage of all that the property had to offer (didn't have much time for the Clubhouse). We loved the convenience of having the shuttle to Loon (no fussing with parking). The property was spotless. We enjoyed having game night with a fire to cozy up our stay. With the two bathrooms, there was plenty of space for our family of four. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals in. We would love to come back in the summertime. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

White Mountains Trip

Perfect Week!

Great spot!

This unit has a great view of the river, close and easy access to tennis courts, basketball hoops, clubhouse and pond. We could watch the kids from the window while we were getting meals ready or packing up for the day! John was quick with replies to our questions and needs (needed a/c during a heat wave). Clean and well equipped kitchen. We all had fun!
