'Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. '

'We had a lovely break with our 2 grandsons. The family room was amazing, with a separate twin bedded room for the boys. Both rooms had en suite facilities too. The pool area is lovely, and the location is perfect for the beach. '

Nothing was too much trouble. Birthday card left in room and birthday plate after our meal, thank you. Clearly run with great management and leadership. We will return.'
