'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'This location was very new and the rooms were spacious. Novy, at check-in, was extremely friendly and she even remembered my name every time I saw her. Breakfast each morning was delicious and there were always seats available. The pool area was very pleasant and had many lounge chairs with umbrellas along with many tables to sit at.
