Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'What an amazing vacation! We absolutely loved Turtle Bay and the surrounding area. The view was stunning from our balcony. Our villa was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The only negative was a small deep freezer was in the kitchen. That made it a bit crowded and was an eyesore. I am guessing the side by side freezer stopped working, so accommodations were made on the short term. (We were grateful for that!) Instructions and procedures were...

'Unit was just like it is pictured with everything we needed for many blissful days on the North Shore. Loads of beach equipment for big and little people. The beds were so comfortable and seating arrangement in living room was perfect for great family time. Highly recommend!'
