'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'A great condo, beautiful with a well equipped kitchen and lovely back patio. The area was unfortunately stormy during our visit but the property manager was in great communication and very helpful. We're hoping to return in high summer!'

'The location is perfect. It's right next to the pool, close to the beach and a short walk over to the hotel & restaurants, etc. We were 4 adults and 3 kids and the space was great. Communication with the host was easy. I'd book this villa again.'

'It was perfect for our stay! Beautiful views, plenty of equipment and loved being right on the beach. Enjoyed whale watching from the beach and lanai. Close to several of our to do activities. Very close to our wedding venue as well. Our only issue was getting our older crew use to the long codes for all the gates . Thank you for the wonderful stay!'

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room smelt bad when we got there - too many chemicals in the cleaning materials. Took two days to clear.
