'I called the front desk bc we needed more towels … the female was on the phone was really rude and said “we do not deliver towels to the room, if you want clean towels, bring the dirty ones to the front desk and we will exchange them”!! I replied “that’s gross!” She hung up on me. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was by my room. I explained to her what just happened and she looked at me like I had two heads! Her name is Olga, and she was very nice to me, apologized for the front desk monster and...

'This was a beautiful hotel! Our only real complaints were the breakfast and the beds. The breakfast was not served hot, and the first morning, unfortunately, it was not very good at all. The beds were also much firmer and harder than we prefer.
Everything else was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We do wish the pool area had a jacuzzi, but overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it!'

'Needed a 1st floor room for disability reasons. They didn’t care even though I put that in the reservation. They said there were none available. There were multiple rooms available on the 1st floor empty. There was water seeping through the floors in the bathroom and room when you stepped. The bathtub looked like it had never been cleaned. The sheet popped off the corner of the bed the last night there and I saw blood stains. Didn’t stay to sleep there the last night, just left for home.'
