'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge.
I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump.
Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned.
Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you.
Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service.
Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'We needed a place to stay on short notice and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The front desk team was welcoming and made checking in effortless after a long drive. Our room was immaculate, quiet, and well-designed with plenty of charging outlets and comfortable bedding. Breakfast in the morning kept fully stocked, and the overall property is very well-maintained. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Lubbock!'

'Worst stat I’ve had in years. The bathroom is literally falling apart. When we arrived the toilet seat was off the toilet and placed on the toilet tank. The room had no remote for the tv and the staff said they had none to give out so no tv for the kids! The staff said many rooms were missing remotes and did nothing to remedy this. Very odd situation and response. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was falling off the wall and overall this place was so overpriced for the pack of basics. Loud...
