'The stay was perfect for our fur babies! Our family that lives in town aren't too fond of our fur babies so they weren't invited to the Easter festivities!lol! However,this pet friendly home welcomed them with open arms!! The stairs up and down were a bit much for our senior dog but our lap dog had a blast zooming around all the hardwood floors!! 'The rooms were very clean. The housekeepers were very nice the front desk people were very nice.. our icebox didn’t work in the room and they replaced it right away. But it does not have a continental breakfast. They serve scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes and soup which my step kids would not eat and My Husband is allergic to eggs. It says it has a pool, but it actually has a bath house pool. Not a pool to swim in, that is hot as heck in there humid and smells like mold. So we had to go pay...

'We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. Food was either empty or almost empty. I didn't see anything get refilled. Scrambled eggs were cold. Juice machine is also broken. Used the "hot" water to make tea, it was cold. I...

'Clean room, great breakfast, pet friendly. Our room was very nicely sized with plenty of room. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. We had a dog (140 lbs) with us and they have a small grassy area near the building that worked great. The area seemed a little sketchy. 'We chose this location because of its proximity to the Blackstone Neighborhood and its pool. The rooms were clean, though our garbage was not emptied once in the 4 days that we were there. The biggest issue that we had with this property was one of the front desk workers. It got to the point where we would think of alternate routes to avoid walking by the desk. She would admonish our children for walking back from the pool, talking at normal volumes, and even went so far as to use profanity...
