'When we checked in there was a small issue with the room but we were given a new room with no issue. The next day Huey reached out to me to make sure everything was alright and it was. I was there for a funeral, the hotel beds are comfy, they serve a great small breakfast, waffles included and the staff is very kind. I will definitely return when I visit Tuscloosa!'

'This is my 5th stay at SpringHill Suites Tuscaloosa and it was a great stay, as always! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and inviting. The breakfast is good and the room is very spacious and clean. I love its size, the full length mirror, spacious bathroom, walk in closet and comfortable bed and pillows. 'Yes indeed. Clean comfy room. Kershawn was so friendly and so helpful. He is a great host and the epitome of southern hospitality. We love the all night coffee and free cookies and water! A cut above other similar hotels. Rooms were well stocked with towels and spotless. Breakfast was a cut above other hotels. Pleasant kitchen staff. Nice lobby.and workout room. I appreciate the quiet or muted tv volume in lobby, also the frig and microwave in room. Danielle helped change our 2 Expedia...
