Springs Towers Unit 206, located at 2200 North Ocean Blvd, in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC, is a beautifully furnished, newly renovated, and decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront corner condo unit on the 2nd floor. It has an oceanfront view of the beach. This vacation rental has two sliding glass doors that open onto the oceanfront balcony and side wall windows that make the unit bright and cheery. The air conditioning unit, appliances, carpet, mattresses, kitchen cabinets, bath cabinets, lights, living room furniture, and décor are all new for 2024.Springs Towers has been a favorite for vacationers to the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach for years... the property is a boutique style 54 unit property on the oceanfront with 2 elevators, an indoor jacuzzi, an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, a small fitness room, and a sauna . The property has a private boardwalk that walks you out over the dunes and onto the beach. There are grills, picnic tables, and a great beachside ambiance. The appeal of the unit and the property is that it is just a block off the main street in Cherry Grove, walking distance to Boulineaus grocery store, ice cream shops, pizza joints, bike rentals, Murphy's On the Ocean restaurant/bar with live music and miniature golf and arcades. Just a little further down the road south in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach (2 miles away) is the Ocean Drive Amusement Park and Pavillion! and many Shag clubs and a live band club playing country music and an ice-cold beer!

Property had a bad smell and got worse when air conditioning was running was mold around vents and bathtub called Eillot rental to ask for a different rental was told had to get ahold of your company to move and the smells wouldn’t hurt anyone for four nights the owners were called and offered us a different rental it was worse than this one. Elliot rentals cleaned the vents and put a machine in the unit to remove the smells wasn’t a great experience I doubt we’ll ever use them again
