This high-end condo features plenty of luxurious updates, three spacious bedrooms and a large oceanfront balcony with glass panels. The Crescent Beach unit is a Top Pick and starts with beautiful laminate flooring throughout and three upgraded bathrooms plus a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and seating at the bar. The master suite has access to the balcony, king-sized bed and a luxurious private bathroom. One guest room has a queen bed and there are two more beds in the third room along with a sleeper sofa in the unit. The serene living room is a great place to unwind with views from the large windows and attached balcony. Bahama Sands provides guests fabulous aquatic luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world including an indoor pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, sun decks, and fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach. The highly acclaimed Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The beach area also offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Nice condo unit

The condo unit itself was nicely updated and had a good layout for our family of four with two teens and grandma joined us. The unit is large and spacious possibly being that it’s the corner unit. Lovely views! The only negative on the unit were the floors that look nice but make your feet and socks black. Very strange and read this on another review as well. we tried not to walk barefoot. The property is listed as luxury and I would not call it luxury but the pools were pretty clean and good sized. Nice hot tubs too and easy access to a great beach. Some of it has been taken care of but some things are lacking such as the exterior hallways, elevators, odd smell on the ground level elevator areas. Pool views are just okay being that they are partly covered with views of a basement feel, but the ocean makes up for that. All in all it was a great week in a nice condo with a terrific view and access to the beach. We did feel safe on the property as well.

Very nice place and accommodated everyone really well! Great access to the beach. Only issue was that the door handles to the bathrooms would lock you in from the inside and someone from the outside would have to let you out.

Overall Maintenence and Cleanliness

The location and view for the beach was great. The general maintenance is lacking and for a non-smoking facility there was contantly the smell of smoke in the room, balcony and elevators from other units. The Furnace filter was clogged, sliding door handle is broken, toilet in one of the bathrooms is not set properly. The location is not clean and has a bug problem, dusty, floor was very dirty and there were no supplies other than a vaccuum to clean and that didn't come close to helping.

Great location. Exactly as pictured

We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was exactly as described and pictured. The view was absolutely breathtaking and multiple times a day we found ourselves on the balcony just watching the tide. My one big complaint was also mentioned by others - the floors are FILTHY. It's clear the cleaning crew does not wash them between renters. I recommend bringing house shoes or a pair of socks you're willing to trash. The vacuum in the unit doesn't actually work. It would be nice if the owners left a mop or swiffer you could buy wet pads for. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked for a rental unit - literally everything you need and multiples many things including 3 coffee pots (Not sure why). The dishes are an odd shape & don't fit great in the dishwasher so we did find we couldn't fit as much & needed to run the dishwasher more often. Bathrooms had ample towels. You do need to bring your own beach towels. The in unit washer & dryer was perfect for beach stuff. While we were there we had an issue with one of the toilets running and a few lightbulbs out - maintenance was quick to respond. The pool was well maintained though the lazy river was closed for half our stay with no explanation. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Great Condo for Beach Getaway

This condo was simply amazing. The group that I was with shared the same comments about how beautiful the condo was. One thing that we all really liked was the fact that each room had its own balcony. The condo was spacious enough and allowed for us to enjoy some board games while listening to the beach. 10/10 would recommend and 12/10 will be booking our trip to North Myrtle Beach at this exact condo next year.

Great for families!

The property was pretty dirty when we walked in. In a few minutes my husband's feet were completely black from the dirt and sand on the floor. It had a very well stocked kitchen and had a great contemporary feel. The kids in our group were able to enjoy themselves in the back bedroom while the adults occupied the kitchen/dining room area. We had 2 families with 6 kids total. The largest bedroom accommodated our playpen perfectly! After we got everything a little more clean, we had a great time with an awesome view!
