Reviewer Comments: Came down to Myrtle for a short mid-week get away to play a couple rounds with my brother. booked through one of the golf masters and had a wonderful time at this seemingly brand new bungalow. Every thing in the place was very clean and suited out purposes perfectly. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet even during bike week, as we found out when we got there. Check in was a breeze and the location was great. would definitely stay here again.

The property is in new condition with everything you could ask for. The two issues that I am uncomfortable with: the guest BR has the most uncomfortable mattress and secondly there is no local TV stations available and all TV's are very difficult to navigate.

Feel like the check in process could be more streamlined, as having to stop and get a packet and sign *another* piece of paper before getting the door code is tedious. The only real issue was that for a 7 night stay, i was left with a 2/3 roll of TP in one bathroom, and a half in another. At least leave two full rolls 🤣

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was fine, the condo is very nice. I wouldn't stay there again due to the TV and not having access to live TV. I don't have access to ROKU, etc... and just want regular cable Live TV. For the amount being charged, they need to have cable TV installed. I have been an owner of homes in The Havens, Harbourcove and Edgewater and it doesn't cost that much per month to have regular TV channels installed per month. It was truly nonsense trying to work the TVs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage was great for my husband, son, and I; we each had enough space and having 2 bathrooms was perfect. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, the location is perfect for those that prefer a quiet area in North Myrtle Beach and it's very close to Barefoot Landing. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the television in the master bedroom, it is VERY small, sort of like a computer monitor, and was extremely difficult to see, especially when in the bed. I would definitely stay here again though, it was very clean and cozy.

The cottage is so new the address did not come up on our gps. But the directions were on our sign in sheet. Vacation Rentals of NMB made it easy for us. We will definitely be back. Actually already booked it for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Reviewer Comments: The property was as expected. nice and very clean.A couple things could have been provided which were not. detailed instructions on how to operate the TV would have been nice. Even though mention was made of 2 coffee pots in the kitchen there were no supplies whatsoever. Therefore they were useless until we went to grocery store to get coffee and sweetner. Bathroom supplies was very limited other than a tiny bar of soap and small shampoo. No supplies for clothes washer. Therefore if anyone is planning to rent this unit be sure and take some supplies.
