Sand Trap Villas unit B1 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This first floor rental has a large balcony with a private walkway that steps directly onto the beach. This private walkway is accessible from the living room balcony. This oceanfront rental includes a fully furnished kitchen, dining area, living area, and washer/dryer. There is no elevator. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and that TV is for games/movies only (no cable). B1 also has 2 rollaway beds and can sleep up to 8 people. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental has 3 new flat screen TVs including a 55" smart TV in the living room as well as WIFI. Sand Trap Villas has an outdoor pool. This complex has 2 assigned parking spaces only. Pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed. This is a non-smoking condo. Families only. No student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.

Watch a brilliant sunrise and sunset directly from your balcony each day of your vacation in North Myrtle Beach. *Departure clean and linen fees are NOT included in the total rental rate for MONTHLY rentals. There is one departure clean fee and one linen fee for th entire reservation that varies according to the number of beds the rental has and the location of the rental. These fees will be added on to the total of your reservation. Reservationists will give you the fee amount of the fees before you make the reservation.
