This property was a 10/10. My family and I felt like we were right at home. One thing I loved the most was the recommendation and instructions on how to navigate our way around. The home was well equipped with everything we needed.I would definitely recommend this home and make it my home when I visit again.

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom condo. It was a great fit for our family. It is on the 3rd floor with NO elevator- but wasn't a problem for our family. The kids enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pond. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was so helpful in drying swim suits and towels after using the pool. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was great before we got there- he even gave great recommendations for where to watch fireworks with our Autistic son since it was 4th of July weekend. But then there was not any response when we had an issue with the screen door breaking at the beginning of our stay (it was our fault). He never did respond. About a week later we were notified they were taking cost to repair screen door out of our security deposit. It was our fault it needed repairing, however, I wished there would have been some kind of response while we were there since it happened on the first night of our stay. So just be aware if you have kids, the screen door closes forcefully (automatically) and will hit the back of your ankle area hard. Also there is no bar across the middle area of the screen to help hold/push it open, so kids naturally just push on the screen part (causing the screen part to pop out of the metal frame part).

North Myrtle Softball Trip

This was a great location for our trip here. My daughter was playing in a softball tournament over the weekend. It was very spacious, clean and offered every amenity we needed for coming back to relax and reset from the games/beach. Thank you!

Nice condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo, and it served our purpose well. We were in town to celebrate our anniversary. We were close to shopping, restaurants, etc., and the neighborhood/area in which we stayed was beautiful. The description was accurate, and communication with the owner was easy. We would definitely stay here, again.

The Perfect Little Getaway

My husband, mother, two year old daughter and I had such a wonderful stay here. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! I really loved that the owner included beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for our use. This detail made packing the car for the trip much easier! The pool is literally a short walk off to the right of the unit which was very convenient for us. The pool wasn’t too deep, about 5 feet max in the deep end. The entire neighborhood was very quiet, secluded and I felt very safe staying there. The view from the balcony was very nice and we spent quite a bit of time sitting out there during the evening hours. The unit was very bright, spacious and clean. My absolute favorite part about this unit was the large bath tub in the master bath. It was amazing! We were a very short drive to the beach, barefoot landing and tons of things to do (like 1-2 miles max). Broadway was about 15 miles away and I highly recommend going there. In the listing, it is very clear that this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access and that the master bedroom has a queen bed. Because I was booking last minute, these things weren’t dealbreakers for me. The stair climb isn’t bad EXCEPT when you’re unloading your car the first day and loading it the last day. I would 110% book this unit again if I ever came back to the listing and saw it was updated with a King Sized bed in the master bedroom. My ONLY true con was that the beds were uncomfortable.

Baseball weekend

It was nice and quiet so we all got some good sleep. Kitchen was exactly what we needed and washer/dryer was helpful in unit. Easy trip to the beach and to the pools on site. Great communication with host. Can't wait to go back!

Felt like home

Such a great condo. Very clean, great pools, nice property and had all the necessities ready. My 3 kids enjoyed their spacious room and slept great. :) We all enjoyed the card games, pool/beach stuff and sitting on the back balcony. Would recommend and absolutely would stay again. The stairs were a hike but it helped us burn off all the calories we took in with the great dining recommendations. Thank you!

Perfect little get away spot

The condo was very clean and was off the main strip so it was away from all the noise. It’s about a 5-10 minutes drive to everything you could possibly need; but felt much more secluded and away from the touristy things. It came with 5 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Since we flew it was extremely helpful to already have these things ready for us. Very clean condo and would highly recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable stay

Great looking living space, with a very welcoming clean look'n'feel right from the first step in the door. Very clean ! Well stocked kitchen made food-prep a breeze. Kids enjoyed access to both swimming pools, which provided a nice variety to break up the day. Highly recommended !

Relaxing

Great condo for a family vacation! Location was convenient to everything-restaurants, shopping, and the beach (just a short 5 min drive). Property owner was easy to get in contact with. The owner has thought out everything you could possibly need from cooking items to games for family fun! Loved the fact they also have beach items available from shovels to chairs to coolers. Beautiful view from balcony and a very short walk to the community pool! Highly recommended!

Great quiet/relaxing place!

It has been a few years since we have been on vacation... so last minute we decided to look at options. Not only was the price reasonable, we enjoyed this nice little condo. Super quiet at night and relaxing on back patio with sound of fountain. Upon arrival, entry was super easy and didn't have to keep up with a key as the door had a code entry passcode which was convenient. The condo was clean and there was absolutely no evidence of prior renters/clients. I am very picky, but everything was presentable as if I had prepared the place myself. We have stayed at other condos right at the North Tower pool, but this one was so much nicer! Definitely on the radar and will be booked again if dates are available for next year.
