Beautiful condo and had lots of room.When we arrived our key pad would not work. We called the number to get assistance, they advised us to find emergency number in email. So we disconnected looked it up it was the number we called. Took us an hour to get in our room. Maintenance guy was very nice gave us a key told us he would fix key pad next day. Maintenance never came to fix it, so we had to share 1 key between 3 families. The room was very large and spacious. Nice and clean. Dryer door was broke so had to be held shut to dry clothes. Listing stated the room had wifi. Which we did not get access too. Paper on refrigerator said not available. So no wifi.We had 1 pool key between 10 people, so very inconvenient but manageable.I checked prior to arriving with booking office if we needed to bring anything like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We were advised no everything was included. We arrived to stay for 5 days with 10 people and 3 bathrooms. We had 1 full roll of toilet paper in one bathroom other 2 had half rolls. No extra toilet paper in the room. One half small roll of paper towels. We only had 2 trash bags and all trash had to be removed. Needless to say we had to go purchase supplies. Which we were told we didn't need too because they were supplied.
