'Welcoming staff upon arrival, room was very clean. Family of 4 2 adults 2 kids it was nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out at the theme parks. Breakfast buffet was good, we didn't get sick of it at all during our 6 days staying here. We got the stay + free entry to theme parks + buffet breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful experience.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
