'The house and our room were exactly as expected, full of charm and very comfortable. The staff we met were also just wonderful, so welcoming and accommodating. Make sure to review the hotel policies and open/closed amenities before you book (the website isn't clear on those). Additionally, I wish we had simple access to the in-room fridge (which apparently is for mini-bar items only) -- we love shopping local and often that includes perishables. '

'We liked it very much! Warm welcoming and the location is beautiful. Very helpful staff in special marek who was really helpful and gave a very good recommendations about the area and food. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Room was renovated and had a balcony with a nice and quiet view on the mountains. Nice morning walk and nice breakfast as well. Thank you marek and staff! 'The staff were super sweet and compassionate. You can tell they really care about every detail that will make their guest feel comfortable and at peace. The only downside for me was that the rooms didn’t have a microwave, toaster, or iron, which are things I usually need when I book a place. I'm pretty sure it's mentioned on their booking page, but I was in a rush and didn’t notice, so I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t heat up my food.
