Escape to your vacation in this exceptional private coastal home, with Master bedroom on first floor, and 2 Bedroom PLUS guest room upstairs, and 2.5 Bathrooms. It is designed for memorable family vacation and gatherings. Everything has been thoughtfully planned out for you to sit back, and enjoy a hassle free vacation! The spacious open dining & living room feels beachy & modern with classic coastal upholstered pieces and elements. The living room is comfortable and inviting with a beautiful gas fireplace to sit and enjoy , TV room off the Livingroom, with pull-out Queen size Boston interiors bed/sofa, and sliding barn door offering privacy for extra guests! Enjoy Your coffee at listening to the birds, and enjoying the natural beauty of Falmouth. The spacious first floor master bedroom suite, with master bath, walk in closet/, dressing room, equipped with flat screen TV, vaulted ceiling and generous sized floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the pool and deck. The garage lends access through the mudroom, laundry area, 1/2 bathroom, through to the kitchen. The 2nd floor has a bathroom, And 2 plus bedrooms, 2 full size beds In nautical room, One Queen size bedroom with balcony, and a full size bed in 3rd room. This home is well designed and maintained with professional landscape And pool service weekly. The private back yard, with In ground heated saltwater pool, lounge chairs. Convenient direct access From the pool to the garage, which is stocked with pool floats, umbrellas and portable pool basketball hoop, adding lots of fun and excitement to the water games! The kitchen is fully stocked! All the beds and pillows are encased and and furnished with luxurious towels, Hotel quality high end thread count sheets and linens, and so comfortable. In addition, Air conditioners in each bedroom as well as main floor, keeping the house at a comfortable temperature if needed. Located in An ideal location providing quick access, just across the road, beautiful cranberry bogs with trails, and hop onto the Shining sea bike path which can take you all the way to Woods Hole, or Hop on the bikes in the mornings and it's a 5 min ride 1 mile on the bike path to the Village Café, just off the bike path, where everyone goes for the BEST coffees, lattes, breakfasts, homemade muffins and breads and ice-cream. Just across the road from the café, is the popular West Falmouth Market, where you can pick up Just about anything you might need, or call ahead for their Delicious breakfasts, famous sandwiches and wraps on your way to the beach as well as a great selection of fine cheeses and wines, And an array of Montilleos cakes, pastries, and more. Perfect House for Any Season
Beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The owners were great to work with. Fantastic location, especially the proximity to the bike trail. House has everything you need, and is very comfortable. We look forward to going back!

Amazing time in the cape
We had such a fabulous time here. The house was perfect. The pool was awesome and the location was great. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Lisa and Darryl were great and so easy to get a hold of. We hope to come back for more summers!

Awesome cape house!
We were a group of 6 that stayed here for a week this July. We absolutely loved this house! The house is immaculate with very comfortable and cozy areas to sit, read, and play games. The dining table seats 6. The beds were very comfortable. We all particularly loved the pool (saltwater, I believe)- it was the perfect temperature, even during the many cool days we had. Lisa and Darryl were very responsive to all our questions and needs. An added bonus were the bikes for us to use! I should also mention that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, detergent etc. My family has decided that this is "our" house at the cape each summer vacation!

Beautiful home in an excellent location
We adored our stay at this lovely home. The home is beautiful and well-kept - feels like a true home and is fully stocked with kitchen items, bikes, and more. The pool is beautiful and perfect on a sunny day. Hosts were incredibly responsive. Will definitely rent here again!

Amazing rental packed with everything you can imagine for the perfect vacation. The owners were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about our experience this summer. Location, property, owners......all top notch. Can't beat that! Thank you!!!!
